You (probably) didn't do anything wrong. As long as you clicked SUBMIT at the bottom of the page, you should be okay. We don't mean to point the finger, but this is most likely the fault of your Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari, etc.). Basically, browsers remember old pages, so that they load quicker when you revisit them. They do not always ask for a fresh page from our web site if they've saved it from before. The upside: speed. The downside (sometimes): outdated info. You can change your browser settings to never remember and always load pages from the Internet directly. But pages won't load quite as fast, and you'll have to find a 10 year-old kid to change the settings for you. So the next best thing is to click the REFRESH or RELOAD button in your browser. That forces it to request the most recent page. If after you try this, your changes still are not showing up, please Contact Us.
